Paris is here and that means lots of car news, new models and of course leaks! The Renault TreZor is one of the first concepts to drop its cloak there.
Concepts and car shows are a long lasting happy marriage and the Renault TreZor continues that commitment. Freshly unveiled this morning at ‘Paris 2016’, the 1080 millimeter high concept is what mosts concepts are; a glimpse into the future.
Powered by their Formula-E engine, the Renault TreZor is propelled forward by 350 horsepower and 360 Nm of torque. As with any modern-day EV, the car reverts kinetic energy back into battery power via its regenerative braking system. Unlike modern day EVs, the car comes in below the 2k kilogram mark. Via the use of carbon, weight has been kept relatively low at 1600 kilograms.
The 2.18 meter wide, 4.7 meter long Renault TreZor is nothing more than a concept but like stated above, it does give a glimpse into the future. For now we’ll just have to wait and see how many parts of the futuristic interior and exterior find their way to public roads. For now however, enjoy the craziness French car makers offer.
