2019 Audi S7 spied at the Ring looking sporty

We caught Audi testing one of their upcoming performance models, the 2019 Audi S7 to be precise.

Only setting its first steps in the world, we already caught the 2019 Audi S7 testing. Heavily camouflaged, the shapes are undeniably inspired by their 2014 Prologue concept. The car wasn't alone however, many so called 'mules' of the A7 were driving around. They are current-generation bodies of the A7 made to fit the upcoming model's technology.

The 2019 Audi S7 only popped out of the testing facility a handful of times to gather field data on the Green Hell. We did catch it from almost every angle, showing 4 exhaust pipes, massive brakes and the active spoiler also present on the current Audi A7 models. What camouflage can't hide is the knowledge that the 2019 Audi S7 will be build up the MLB Evo platform. A platform previously used for the new Q7 and Audi A4 and A5.Engines are unclear at this point, expect the usual engine choices to be available for the rest of the Audi lineup for the A7. The guessing-part concerns what engine the S7 will use, some rumours point towards the new 2.9-liter V6 and others claim the use of the so commonly present 4.0-liter V8. Once we know more, we will update you readers again.
