The Aventador SVJ just shattered Porsche’s Nurburgring lap record making it 2 seconds faster than the GT2 RS.

The Lamborghini Aventador SVJ woke up this morning and had a GT2 RS for breakfast. After the record breaking run of the Aventador SV with a 6:59,73 about 3 years ago, then they smashed that record with the Performante thanks to the revolutionary ALA system and managed an impressive 6:52,01. 

 

Now the big bull is back at the Ring in a new suit. The Aventador SVJ thanks the Performante for its pioneering ALA (Aerodynamica Lamborghini Attiva) and pushes it to a new level increasing downforce when needed but also sculpts the air however it likes it.
It has also decreased its mass and increased its power output so it now has a weight-to-power ratio of 1,98 kg/hp. The car has been furthermore improved in many ways but more details on that once Lamborghini releases the full car. Here’s the record breaking lap time:
